Coming from retail, customer service, or hospitality? Your experience matters here. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy making people's day better, you already have what it takes. We'll teach you everything else. If you don’t have experience, we still encourage you to apply—we offer fully paid training for up to 4 weeks.

Your Role: this role requires a lot of hustle and hard work but the pay off is incredible, while providing an easier and less stressful life for our clients.

You will provide thorough residential and commercial cleaning, this is where the workout begins, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and offices. You'll follow our high quality standards and travel between client homes, working independently or with your team while knowing support is always available.

We know this job can be hard on the body, and we want you here for the long haul, which is why we make sure you have top-of-the-line equipment, effective products that actually work, and realistic time blocks for each client.

What You'll Need:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (must provide proof of insurance)

- Ability to communicate clearly

- Flexibility when team work is needed.

- Desire to earn extra income

- Ability to follow detailed instructions

- Coachability and openness to constructive feedback

- Willingness to participate in and pass a background check

- A positive attitude with attention to quality work and commitment to showing up
